La Union will help you find accommodations that are comfortable and that are suited to your needs
You can choose to stay in Antigua to be a few minutes walk from all the main attractions of the colonial city, or in one of the nearby villages of San Miguel Escobar, Ciudad Vieja, Alotenango, Santiago Zamora or Vuelta Grande for a totally authentic experience of the Guatemalan life.

PRICES LODGING IN HOST FAMILIES IN ANTIGUA:
- $30 per night per person (includes, 3 meals per day, 1 night lodging in a private bedroom / shared bathrooms). No meals on Sundays / Free Wifi
- $195 per week (7 nights of lodging, 3 meals per day from Mon-Sat)
- Guatemalan family in a village (7 minutes by car or bus) $165 per week.

For students wishing to quickly enhance their Spanish and learn more about Guatemalan culture, we recommend lodging with a Guatemalan family.
The students receive lodging in a private room, including 3 meals daily Monday through Saturday (vegetarian and vegan meals can be arranged), with a hot shower, shared bathroom and purified water
Families welcome their guests with pride, integrating them in their daily activities, sharing their culture, and making them feel a part of their household. This option allows the student to share with family members in their daily activities and enjoy the customs and traditions of Guatemala.
LA UNIÓN STUDENT GUESTHOUSE
Two minutes away from Parque Central, the student Guesthouse at La Unión offers a private bedrooms than can be suited for either a single or double.
Our Guesthouse includes a shared hot shower, purified water, complementary coffee and tea, living space, dining and cooking, free high-speed wifi, a rooftop terrace with a view of three incredible Guatemalan volcanoes. This wowed be the perfect meet-up location for any groups of people.
